Offering moments of pure tasting pleasure is the goal of our restaurant team in Molveno, from the chef to the dining room and kitchen staff. The flavours of good food welcome our guests in the morning with the breakfast buffet, then continue to lunch, to the afternoon snack and liven up the evenings with imaginative dinner proposals.

Your holiday at the Alpenresort Belvedere Wellness & Beauty in Molveno is punctuated daily by tantalizing appointments with irresistible flavours and aromas! Genuine, high- quality products, tied to Trentino cooking with typical Trentino recipes, and a taste of Mediterranean cuisine are the stars of every meal.

Breakfast is served until 10:00 am with a sumptuous buffet of homemade cakes and pies, muesli and cornflakes, both fresh and preserved fruit, savoury corner, fruit juices, honeys, jams, croissants and a wide variety of fresh breads.

The afternoon snack, based on homemade cakes, bread, Nutella, savoury snacks and fruit, is served in the bar area and can also be enjoyed on our comfortable panoramic terrace on sunny days.

At lunch and dinner, the choice is varied with an à la carte menu enhanced by our chef's daily suggestions, with the option of vegetarian dishes. To accompany this spectacle of taste, a full buffet of cooked and raw vegetables, salads as well as a selection of Trentino and typical Italian desserts.

The Alpenresort Belvedere restaurant is also open to outside guests with the choice of the à la carte menu. Upon reservation, we organize weddings, ceremonies, various events and meetings.
