Savours of a good food will welcome the guests from the awakening with the buffet of breakfast, than with the lunch for people, who chose a full-board treatment, than the afternoon snack and the evenings with the wonderful proposals for dinner.
For this reason we have chosen the best for our cuisine. Our chef is Diego Rigotti. He is the younger Italian chef to obtain and to maintain for the last three years the Michelin Star, representing Italy in 2015 “Bocuse d’Or”, one of the most important world competition. His educational experience includes Gualtiero Marchesi and Alfio Ghezzi, Marc Veyrat and Carlo Cracco. An artist of cuisine, he is fanciful and original but he puts always attention to the taste and to the details.

Breakfast is served up to 10.00 a.m. with a rich and nourished buffet with homemade cakes and jam tarts, muesli and cornflakes, fresh fruits and fruit in syrup, salty buffet, fruit juices, honeys, jams, brioches and fresh bread of many different meals.
Afternoon snack with homemade cakes, bread and Nutella, salty snacks, fruits is served in the coffee zone and it can be taste in our panoramic terrace during the sunny days.
For lunch and dinner, the choice is wide with a menu à la carte, enriched by the daily proposal of our chef with the possibility to choice many vegetable dishes. Frames of these wonderful and tasteful pictures are raw and cooked vegetables, salads, local cakes and typical sweets of our Italian tradition.
